30 years tuning suspension by hand

TecnoShock was born in 1994 in Manresa, founded by Antonio and Francisco Salas. Three decades on, we still do what we did on day one: design, build and fit bespoke suspension for anyone who demands that their car do exactly what they ask of it, on the road, on the track, in the rally stage or off the tarmac.

Neither fitters nor middlemen: manufacturers

We don't resell third-party kits: we design and build them here. Every suspension is tuned by number of ways, stiffness and ride height to suit how the car is actually used, then fitted to the vehicle with laser alignment. Controlling engineering, manufacturing and fitting under one roof is what lets us fine-tune where others can only pick a size.

From a workshop in Bufalvent to all of Europe

  1. 1994 · The beginning

    Antonio and Francisco Salas found TecnoShock in Manresa. Suspension repair and set-up for those who wouldn't settle for standard behaviour.

  2. The move into manufacturing

    From the repair bench to the factory: engineering, CAD design and in-house production of components in duralumin and chrome-plated steel.

  3. TSK Monotube system

    Development of the high-pressure gas TSK monotube, the heart of our kits: consistent response, no cavitation and click-adjustable tuning.

  4. Official distribution

    We became official distributors for Bilstein, Eibach, Öhlins, Thyssenkrupp and Proflex, and an authorised service centre for the overhaul of their products.

  5. Today

    226 part numbers, more than 1,400 make-and-model combinations and delivery across Europe, still tuning every kit by hand.

Every suspension passes through the same hands

Behind every Tecnoshock there are more than 15 professionals who design, build, fit and tune the suspension by hand in our Manresa workshop. The family that founded the company in 1994 —the Salas— are still at the dyno, training the next generation of technicians. Whoever designs the kit is the one who tests it on the car: we outsource nothing.

Made to measure

No one-size-fits-all. Every kit is calculated by ways, stiffness and height to suit your car and how you use it. We don't adapt the car to the suspension: we adapt the suspension to the car.

Everything under one roof

Engineering, design, manufacturing and fitting in the same workshop in Manresa. A single point of contact accountable from the idea to the first turn of the wheel.

No black boxes

Suspension that is 100% serviceable and repairable: it opens up, is measured, the seal or spring is replaced and it goes back together. None of those sealed units that force you to throw everything away.

Eibach springs

Calibrated by stiffness for each tune, with the consistency of a world-leading manufacturer.

Reinforced 41 mm chrome-plated tubes

Oversized cross-section for maximum rigidity and bending resistance under demanding use.

7075 duralumin bodies

The same aircraft-grade alloy: maximum strength with minimum unsprung weight.

High-pressure TSK monotube

High-pressure gas for immediate response without cavitation, with click-adjustable tuning.

Goodridge lines and SKF top mount

No play under braking or turning: braided Goodridge lines and a damper top mount with an SKF bearing.

100% serviceable

Designed to be opened up and maintained: you extend its service life instead of replacing the whole assembly.

Rally, track and off-road are our test bench, and that's where the method we apply to every car comes from: corner-by-corner weighing, balancing, ride-height and click adjustment, laser alignment and a final set-up that puts weight distribution and behaviour exactly where they belong. The same rigour whether you're heading out for track sessions or you just want a road car that finally feels planted to the ground.

Since 1994, when the company was founded by Toni Salas, we have been dedicated to improving your driving experience with high-quality sport and competition suspensions for the automobile; we offer comprehensive products and services to meet the needs of our most demanding customers.

Engineering, manufacturing and assembly under one roof

Tecnoshock Suspensions is a leading brand in the design and manufacture of suspension systems for high-performance vehicles. The company has been a pioneer in creating solutions that improve stability, handling and driving comfort.

Every Tecnoshock product undergoes rigorous quality and performance testing. We use first-class materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure that each suspension delivers optimal durability and performance under all kinds of conditions.

We have modern 1,200 m² facilities where we carry out the entire manufacturing and assembly process for our suspensions. Split across 3 floors: warehouse, laboratory and workshop with 5 lifts, one of them exclusively for laser-machine wheel alignment.

We also inspect, repair and upgrade suspension systems from other brands, all of them high-quality monotube systems. Magneride system: we inspect and repair this adaptive suspension system fitted as standard on supercars.

Always progressing, we have state-of-the-art machinery, essential to achieving the optimal result we demand of ourselves.
