Dirt, tarmac and jumps in a single lap

Rallycross mixes tarmac and dirt on short, brutal circuits: jumps, shifting grip and standing-start launches push the suspension to its limit in every heat. It needs travel to absorb landings and control to resist diving.

We valve every shock to the car and the driver, not to a catalogue: travel, stiffness and compression and rebound settings tuned to the layout and your style.

In-house engineering and workshop in Manresa since 1994. TSK high-pressure monotube design, serviceable and rebuildable, a Spanish alternative to Öhlins, Reiger or Bilstein, shipped across Europe.

What suspension do I need for Rallycross? Is it the same as for tarmac racing?

No. Rallycross mixes tarmac and dirt with jumps and bumps, so you need an intermediate setup: more travel and absorption than a circuit car, but more control than a pure rally build. At TecnoShock we define it custom to your car, class and tracks.

How does a Rallycross suspension differ from a rally or circuit one?

Circuit setups prioritise stiffness and grip on smooth tarmac; rally needs lots of travel for dirt and long jumps. Rallycross sits in between: travel and strength for the jumps, but good control on the tarmac sections. We tune each setup to that specific mix.

How much travel and stiffness do I need for Rallycross jumps?

It depends on the car, weight, class and your circuits. We don't give generic figures: we start from your data and the applicable regulations to define travel, springs and hydraulic tuning that survive the jumps without bottoming out or losing traction.

Can I order a custom setup for Rallycross and have it serviced after the season?

Yes. We build every damper custom to your car and discipline. Our TSK high-pressure gas monotube is serviceable and repairable, so the setup can be re-tuned or rebuilt between seasons. In-house manufacturing in Manresa since 1994.
