Off-road demands long travel, heat dissipation and hydraulics that swallow repeated impacts without fading. That is why we do not work from a fixed catalogue: every damper is tuned to the vehicle, discipline and terrain.

Built in Manresa since 1994, with in-house engineering, assembly and setup. The TSK high-pressure gas monotube holds its feel under load, and everything is serviceable and rebuildable.

What suspension do I need for Offroad, and how much travel or stiffness should it have?

Offroad demands long travel and hydraulics that soak up ruts, jumps and rough ground without bottoming out. At TecnoShock we don't start from a generic setup: we define travel, stiffness and adjustment to measure for your vehicle, terrain and level.

How is an Offroad shock different from an asphalt or circuit one?

Asphalt aims for grip and control with short travel and firm valving; Offroad needs more travel, better heat dissipation and hydraulics that work finely at low speed yet survive big hits. That's why each discipline gets its own tune.

How do I order a custom tune for my Offroad car or bike?

Tell us the vehicle, discipline, usual terrain, weight and your riding style, and we build the tune to measure at our Manresa workshop. As it's a revisable TSK gas monotube, we can later reopen it and re-adjust springs or hydraulics as you progress.

Can TecnoShock Offroad shocks be serviced and repaired after hard off-road use?

Yes. They're high-pressure TSK gas monotubes, made in-house and designed to be opened, serviced and repaired, not thrown away. After tough Offroad seasons you rebuild seals and re-adjust the tune, a real edge over sealed units.
