Suspension built for dirt, jumps and ruts

Autocross works the suspension over loose, uneven ground with hard braking and jumps. It needs long travel, progressive damping and enough stiffness to find grip without bouncing.

We build every damper to measure —not a fixed catalogue— with in-house engineering, assembly and set-up in Manresa since 1994. A Spanish alternative to Öhlins, Reiger, Bilstein or KW.

TSK high-pressure monotube gas system, serviceable and rebuildable: recover performance season after season instead of replacing the whole unit.

What shocks do I need to race Autocross?

Autocross needs generous travel, good absorption of bumps and jumps on dirt, and valving that won't bottom out. At TecnoShock we build the set with custom valving for your car, class and terrain, on a rebuildable, repairable high-pressure TSK monotube.

How is Autocross suspension different from a tarmac/circuit setup?

Tarmac wants a firmer, lower setup; Autocross wants more travel and hydraulics that handle bumps, jumps and changing grip on dirt. You can't reuse a tarmac tune: we calculate it specifically for the discipline and your car.

Can I adjust damping and stiffness over the race weekend?

Yes, depending on the range we fit shocks adjustable in compression and rebound so you can fine-tune between heats as the track changes. We start from custom valving and you dial the fine margin trackside; the TSK monotube is also rebuildable season after season.

How do I order custom valving for my Autocross car?

Tell us the car, weight, class, tyre, circuit type and your driving style; we calculate springs and hydraulics and build the set in Manresa. Because it's our own manufacturing on a TSK monotube, it's serviced and repaired without relying on third parties.
