What suspension do I need for gravel rallying, and how is it different from tarmac?

You need long-travel dampers with a softer, more progressive setup than tarmac, built for ruts, jumps and low grip. At TecnoShock we build it with a custom valving tuned to your car, class and terrain, not a generic tarmac setup adapted to dirt.

Can the damper handle gravel abuse: ruts, jumps and dust?

Yes. We fit a high-pressure gas TSK monotube, serviceable and rebuildable, which sheds heat better on long gravel stages. As we manufacture in-house in Manresa, we size it for repeated jumps and compressions.

How do I order a custom setup for my gravel rally car?

Tell us the vehicle, class, weights, gravel type and how it feels now (understeer, bottoming, skipping) and we calculate the valving. It is bespoke per car and discipline, so check your class regulations to keep the kit compliant.
