Whether you race on track, in rally, hillclimb or offroad, your kit comes from the workshop that engineers it — design, manufacturing, assembly and setup under one roof, in business since 1994.

Every damper is valved for your weight, your discipline and your driving, not pulled from a closed catalogue. The TSK monotube runs high-pressure gas and stays serviceable: it opens, rebuilds and goes back on track.

What exactly is a competition suspension kit, and how is it different from buying individual dampers?

It's a complete system (dampers plus springs and settings) developed for your specific car and discipline, not loose parts. At TecnoShock we build and valve it to measure for your vehicle, weight and use, so both axles work in balance.

Monotube or twin-tube for racing — which should I choose?

For competition we use the high-pressure gas TSK monotube: better heat dissipation and a more consistent response under hard use than a conventional twin-tube. It's the basis of our Race/Sport kits, and it's serviceable and rebuildable.

Does the kit come with a fixed setup, or is it tuned to my weight and driving style?

It's valved to measure. We start from your vehicle, discipline, weight and target setup to define the valving and springs — it isn't a generic tune. Share your track or driver data and we refine the setup.

When a damper loses performance, can it be serviced and rebuilt, or do I have to replace it?

Our TSK monotube is serviceable and rebuildable: we open it, replace seals, oil and gas, then re-valve it. Since we manufacture them ourselves in Manresa, we keep spares and can change the setup without buying a new kit.
