Raid suspension tuned for long stages and broken terrain

A raid punishes the suspension for hours on end: relentless bumps, rock, sand and jumps that spike oil temperature. Off-the-shelf shocks don't hold up. At TecnoShock we engineer and manufacture every unit under one roof, in-house since 1994.

We tune each shock to your vehicle and discipline: usable travel, compression and rebound firmness, plus adjustment to shift the car between fast navigation and technical sections.

What suspension do I need for rally raid (Raids)?

Rally raid needs long travel, thermal resistance and reliability over long mixed-terrain stages. We build TSK high-pressure gas monotube dampers with a tune made to measure for your vehicle and for raid demands.

How is a Raids setup different from tarmac rally or circuit?

Raid asks for more travel and a more progressive tune for big hits, dunes and broken tracks, versus the low, firm control of tarmac. Every kit is calibrated to weight, terrain and speed, there is no universal setting.

How do I order a custom tune for my raid car or bike?

Tell us the vehicle, weight, terrain and level (amateur or competition) and we calculate the setup. As we manufacture in-house in Manresa, we match travel, springs and valving to your exact case.

Can they be serviced and repaired after a hard raid?

Yes. Our TSK monotube dampers are serviceable and repairable: after demanding stages we open them, check seals and oil and restore the original tune. In-house build and service, an alternative to Öhlins, Reiger or Bilstein.
